Reef Culture will provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The refund or purchase is subject to the following conditions being met:

Exchanges or refunds can be requested under the following conditions:

• The product has sustained damaged during shipping. Should your package be damaged please check the contents make sure the courier takes a note of this during delivery of your order. Email us within 48 hours of accepting the order and provide some photo’s of any damage.
• Misrepresentation of the product based on the online listing.
• Manufacturing defect.
• The product becomes faulty within the warranty period.

Refund Policy

• Items must be complete and returned to us in NEW CONDITION.
• The  product must include all original accessories, attachments and packaging.
• It is the customers responsibility to return the order to us. We recommend using a service that is trackable.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed with 3 business days, once the order has been received and inspected by us.
• Refunds will be credited via the same payment method it was received.
